En el seminario se avanz\u00f3 en una posici\u00f3n consensuada sobre el documento \u201cThe Criminal Law Protection of Democracy and the Constitution in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the Digital Age: Guidelines for the European Union\u2019s Criminal Policy\u201d. El documento pretende sugerir la elaboraci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica criminal com\u00fan en el contexto de la Uni\u00f3n europea para prevenir penalmente las campa\u00f1as de desinformaci\u00f3n en procesos electorales.<\/p>\n\n\n
